Construction Community Liasons (CCL)

Our Community Construction Liaisons (CCL) have been formally recognized by the Mayor’s Office with Mayoral Excellence Awards for their outstanding work on high-impact city projects. Understanding the diversity of New York City, we proudly employ bilingual CCLs fluent in Chinese, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, and more—ensuring inclusive engagement and clear communication across the communities we serve. Our CCLs serve as the critical link between construction teams, agencies, and the surrounding community. We manage outreach, coordinate public meetings, respond to inquiries, and proactively communicate construction impacts to ensure transparency, minimize disruptions, and maintain public trust throughout the lifecycle of a project.

Construction Management

Our team provides end-to-end coordination of field activities, contractors, and project milestones to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective delivery. Our licensed construction management team, led by PMs, APMs, and Superintendents, oversees daily site operations, manages schedules, and maintains communication between stakeholders and design teams.

Cost Estimating

Our estimating team delivers accurate, scope-aligned construction cost projections to support budgeting, bidding, and pre-construction planning. We analyze design documents, interpret pay item quantities, and apply specific unit pricing to generate detailed cost estimates across all projects.

Surveying

We provide field surveying services to support design, construction, and as-built documentation across both public and private projects. Our team performs topographic, boundary, utility, and control surveys using GPS, total stations, and digital workflows to deliver accurate and timely data for project execution.

Inspections and Special Inspections

Our inspection services ensure safe, compliant execution across major infrastructure and building projects throughout New York City. With a team of experienced Field Engineers and certified inspectors — including NICET Level I–IV and ACI-certified professionals — we provide construction oversight, quality control, and pay item verification from groundbreaking to final punch list.

We also specialize in NYC DOB Special Inspections, meeting TR1 and TR8 requirements. Our qualified inspectors cover key areas such as structural steel welding, concrete placement, mechanical (HVAC) systems, firestopping, energy code compliance, curtain walls, EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems), and critical facade connections. Whether supporting prime contractors or public agencies, we help ensure every element meets safety codes, technical specs, and DOB regulations.

Archeological Monitoring and Historical Preservation

Our archaeologists support excavation activities, document findings, and ensure protection of cultural resources in coordination with LPC, DEP, DDC, and other reviewing agencies. Whether for infrastructure upgrades, adaptive reuse, or waterfront redevelopment, we help teams navigate preservation requirements while keeping construction moving.
