This project delivered major capital upgrades to Bergen Avenue's underground infrastructure, centered on storm and sanitary sewer construction and water main replacement. Work included 60-inch to 72-inch reinforced concrete storm sewers, new sanitary sewers, reconstruction of four utility chambers, and restoration of curbs and concrete roadway, addressing chronic drainage problems along the corridor.
