SPARC Kips Bay is an approximately $1.6 billion life sciences, health, and education campus being developed in Manhattan under a progressive design-build contract. The campus is being built in a dense urban setting beside active medical, academic, and residential uses.

SRE provides construction inspection, MEP inspection, and site safety services. SRE inspectors verify mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations against the contract documents and the NYC Building Code, review RFIs and submittals, and track nonconforming work through resolution, while SRE safety personnel monitor contractor compliance with applicable safety requirements.
