This Hudson River public access improvement, replaced the Village's stone dust promenade with a permeable interlocking concrete paver system. Aggregate-filled joints allow stormwater to infiltrate rather than flow into the Hudson, and a tiered stone subbase wrapped in geotextile fabric provides long-term drainage and support.

SRE provided construction management and inspection services, coordinating daily operations, verifying material conformance, and confirming installation against approved shop drawings, with particular attention to subgrade preparation, aggregate gradation, geotextile placement, and joint tolerances. The promenade reopened on schedule.
