As Founder and CEO of SRE Engineering, Sarah Marandi, P.E., ENV SP, LEED AP BD+C, leads the firm’s construction management operations with a sharp focus on complex, multi-million-dollar infrastructure and real estate development projects across New York City. A licensed Professional Engineer and seasoned project leader, she brings nearly a decade of hands-on experience managing capital programs for clients including NYCDDC, NYCDEP, and NYCEDC. Mrs. Marandi has worked on some of the city’s most technical projects, from deep pile installations and storm sewer systems to large-scale green infrastructure and joint-bid utility coordination. Her leadership ensures quality control, regulatory compliance, and seamless team execution positioning SRE Engineering as a trusted M/WBE partner for high-impact public works.
