SRE’s in-house team is leading entitlement coordination, site planning, full civil engineering design, and construction management support. Scope includes site grading, stormwater and utility design, code compliance reviews, regulatory permitting, and infrastructure coordination with local and state agencies. • This $65M, 100-unit supportive housing development is currently in the pre-construction phase, with SRE serving as co-developer and engineer of record.
